I am an experienced 3D artist with a skill set that allows me to adapt to, and overcome the many challenges encountered in the development of real time 3D artwork. My previous experience, leadership, and problem solving skills are key contributors to any team delivering consistently high quality artwork.
I currently lead a team focusing on research and development of visualization work. My team and I focus on the testing and integration of new AR and VR technologies into Torch’s visualization team. In addition to our R&D work,
my team is responsible for the development SIMVANA, a VR based trainer for anesthesiologists. Prior to working as the R&D Lead, I was the 3D art lead
for the THAAD Skills Trainer project. My responsibilities included developing guidelines and workflows from scratch for a newly created visualization team, working with senior leadership to establish near and far term goals
for the project, and mentoring new artists that joined our team.
I was responsible for the creative direction and execution of all motion graphics and 3D work for Curse’s internal and YouTube Videos. I also lead
a team of other artists to produce video content for YouTube.
My work consisted of a mix of 3D and motion graphic related commercial work. I often interfaced directly with clients, and was responsible for taking their original concepts to completion.
My responsibilities focused on the creation of 3D related work, and some motion graphics work. As the primary 3D artist in the studio, I was also responsible for the setup and maintenance of our 3D pipeline.
I worked as an environment artist on Forza 3 Motorsport for the XBOX 360.
My responsibilities included creating track environments from concept to completion. In addition, I wrote artist scripts and shaders that were used during the production of the game.
