    I currently lead a team focusing on research and development of visualization work. My team and I focus on the testing and integration of new AR and VR technologies into Torch’s visualization team. In addition to our R&D work, my team is responsible for the development SIMVANA, a VR based trainer for anesthesiologists. Prior to working as the R&D Lead, I was the 3D art lead for the THAAD Skills Trainer project. My responsibilities included developing guidelines and workflows from scratch for a newly created visualization team, working with senior leadership to establish near and far term goals for the project, and mentoring new artists that joined our team.

    I was responsible for the creative direction and execution of all motion graphics and 3D work for Curse’s internal and YouTube Videos. I also led a team of other artists to produce video content for YouTube.
