Torch Technologies

2016 - Current

My current role is product owner and lead artist for SIMVANA, a virtual reality based anesthesia trainer. I am responsible for managing the development of the application, creating any 3D artwork, and ensuring the application remains performant.

Previously, I served as the 3D art lead for the THAAD Skills Trainer project. In this role, I was responsible for establishing guidelines and workflows for a newly-formed visualization team, collaborating with senior leadership to set short and long term goals for the project, and mentoring new artists.

Curse Inc.

2014-2016

As the creative director for motion graphics and 3D work at Curse, I was responsible for overseeing the visual direction of all videos published on our YouTube channel. Additionally, I managed a small team of creators to regularly produce video content for YouTube.

Screenscape Studios

2012-2014

I was responsible for a mix of 3D and motion graphics work for commercial clients. I was responsible for taking client concepts from start to finish, and regularly interfaced with clients to ensure visuals met their requirements.

CRASH+SUES

2009-2012

As a 3D and motion graphics artist at CRASH+SUES, I was responsible for the creation of high-quality 3D and motion graphics work. As the primary 3D artist in the studio, I maintained and upgraded our 3D pipeline as needed.

Microsoft - Turn 10 Studios

2008-2009

I worked as an environment artist on Forza 3 Motorsport for the XBOX 360. My responsibilities included creating 3D environment art of the race tracks in the game. In addition to creating art assets, I wrote artist scripts and shaders that helped artists build procedural content.
